Embark on a profound journey inward at our double Grof\u00ae Breathwork retreat, surrounded by the stunning alpine beauty of Gozd Martuljek in Slovenia!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Grof\u00ae Breathwork was developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, and is a transformative method that enables access to expanded states of consciousness by blending insights from ancient spiritual and psychological traditions.<\/p>\n

This powerful approach invites participants to embark on a deep inner journey through non-ordinary states of consciousness (abbr. NOSC). It awakens personal healing potential, fosters self-empowerment, and inspires collective transformation. By connecting with your Inner Self\u2014often referred to as Inner Healing Wisdom\u2014this process promotes emotional, spiritual, and physical healing, facilitating profound and lasting personal transformation.<\/p>\n


\nABOUT THE RETREAT<\/strong><\/p>\n

This 4-day residential retreat features 4 holotropic breathing sessions where participants work in pairs, alternating roles between Breather and Sitter. Each session combines breathwork, evocative holotropic music, and focused bodywork to enhance the journey.<\/p>\n

Participants are encouraged to trust their inner healing process and embrace each unfolding experience throughout the workshop\u2014allowing emotions, thoughts, and sensations to arise naturally and by expressing them fully.<\/p>\n

At the end of each session, there will be time for self-reflection, creative art work and integration practices. We will conclude each day with a group Sharing Circle, providing a safe and supportive space for connecting and reflecting on the experience.<\/p>\n

No prior experience is required in order to attend this workshop. \/\/ Spaces are limited.<\/p>\n

This workshop will be held in English.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please bear in mind that our participants are invited to express themselves in their own native language and we will provide translation into Slovene\/Croatian where needed.<\/p>\n

\nREGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

To register, please fill out the required registration and medical form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once we process & confirm your registration, a full amount is required to be paid prior to the start of the retreat. Your spot at the retreat is reserved once we receive the full payment.<\/u><\/p>\n

\n<\/em>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case you cancel your participation more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, the organiser reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee of 50 \u20ac, the rest of the prepaid amount will be refunded to you.<\/p>\n

In case you cancel your participation 2 weeks or less prior to the start of the retreat, the whole retreat amount will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

In case the organiser cancels the retreat due to any reason, a full refund will be issued to the registered participants. Important: The organiser will not take any responsibility for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participants \u2014 for example, travel expenses, accommodation etc.<\/p>\n
