I first encountered Holotropic Breathwork in 2010, and it was love at first breath. Since then, I have earned certification as a facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork and Grof® Breathwork, and in 2024 also in Grof® Psychedelic Therapy. I am an integrative psychotherapist, a Somatic Experiencing practitioner in training, and I hold a master’s degree in anthropology.

I am engaged in ongoing personal psychotherapy and supervision—yet above all, for many years I have been breathing and exploring within holotropic states of consciousness so that I can create spaces where clients can safely experience the transformative potentials of holotropic states, supported in the most professional way possible. I place strong emphasis on preparation for these experiences and on integrating them into daily life, offering therapeutic support throughout the process.

I have collaborated with the MIND Foundation in Berlin in training new generations of psychedelic therapists, and I am a member of the Grof Legacy Training team, which educates new facilitators of Holotropic Breathwork and psychedelic therapy based on the work of Dr. Stanislav Grof.

Through working with holotropic states of consciousness as pathways of inner growth and transformation, I continually build and renew my deep connection with myself, my creative potential, and my inner strength, remaining a passionate student and explorer of life.

I am a facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork and Grof® Breathwork, and a gestalt psychotherapy trainee under supervision at the European Psychotherapy Training Institute – EAPTI.

My deepest interests lie in devoted inner work and personal growth, psychology, the exploration of therapeutic and spiritual healing modalities, yoga, and shamanism.

My experiential journey into transpersonal psychology began with my first Holotropic Breathwork workshop in 2010, where parts of the inner puzzle suddenly fell into place, and many new pieces appeared, bringing more color and substance into my inner world. I am a lifelong learner and a passionate seeker. I explore various healing traditions, and my experiences in non-ordinary states of consciousness, along with both offering and receiving support, continually guide my personal and professional transformation and integration.

I studied information science and business and currently work in this field as a consultant and owner of a small private company. During my training and after certification in 2016, I have regularly facilitated Holotropic Breathwork workshops and training modules across Europe, supporting participants on their inner journeys toward wholeness.

I live in Croatia with my partner and son, and I enjoy music and spending time in nature.

I was born in Slovenia and hold a degree in English and American studies with a specialization in linguistics and translation, and I have also studied cognitive science. I am dedicated to Celtic Druidic practices and other spiritual explorations that nourish the soul, and my inner path eventually led me to Holotropic Breathwork. Over the years, I came to recognize the profound support the community offered me on my journey of self-inquiry and exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

I believe that our inner strength awakens when we follow our inner healing wisdom without intermediaries, and that it is deeply liberating and therapeutic when we can express ourselves fully—through feelings and the body—without judgment, in a safe and supportive environment. For many years, I have been involved in organizing, supporting, and facilitating Holotropic Breathwork workshops, as well as in the training modules for facilitators in Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

I walk the Druidic path—facilitating processes of dying and transition, connecting with nature, animals, birds, and bees, and exploring the world through sound, music, frequencies, dance, and free-form vocal expression. I lead sharing circles and other practices that support the integration of experiences from non-ordinary states of consciousness. I also work internationally in production and voice-over.
